General Overview		A civilian Art Critic, Alanna is optimistic and positive by nature. She is the calming influence who grounds Tenai if he (rarely) gets stressed, however she is a passionate, ambitious, deeply loving person and the calm part of her (she says) comes from how blissful it is for her to spend time with Tenai.
Strengths & Weaknesses		Alanna's main strength is her optimistic and positive nature. Her main weakness is Tenai Dexu whom she adores (just that bit too much?)
Ambitions		Alanna has ambitions to be the best Art Critic and the most acclaimed preferably with her opinion respected and sought after. She's already a good way to achieving this and is very happy and grateful for her good fortune.
Hobbies & Interests		Alanna keeps herself fit and enjoys sports. She is artistic, creative and has extensive experience and empathy both of which enhance her chosen speciality - Art & Art History. She loves music of all types, puzzles, fine cuisine and good wine and she can't bear any wanton cruelty to any sentient being.

Personal History		Tenai and Alana were married young, in a small wedding with about 20 guests including her parents and her Aunt and Uncle and his Uncle Jezu who had raised him after his parents were killed. They have being orphans in common and both understand the sadness it brings to an individual from first hand experience. This helps their bond. Alanna is crazy about Tenai and has been since the moment she first met him. The Dexu's have been married for 22yrs and had agreed quite early that they wouldn't have children, firstly because the kids of someone in his line of work could be targeted and endangered but secondly as each of their careers which were always very important to them both. Alanna is a lovely woman although modest and in no way prideful nor unkind. She is artistic and creative, having an extensive imagination and empathy which helps her to interpret art which is her second passion, surpassed only by Tenai. She is Tenai's recharge station and always makes a concerted effort to help him wind down and relax between assignments/missions. She has always been a calming influence in a hectic universe. Her unconditional and unshakable love for Tenai keeps them both grounded for separate reasons and as a pair of only children who have both lost their parents and never had siblings, they share a lot of similar thoughts and feelings regarding relationships and family.
Starfleet or Civil Service Record		Alanna has no Starfleet nor Civil Service to relate to personally, other than that which is reflective from her long and devoted marriage to a man rising through the ranks to Rear Admiral. There is nothing official discussed between husband and wife ever, not only for her protection but also, naturally, because of his duty of confidentiality. However, it's not possible for nothing-at-all of an Active-Serving, Acute, Flag Officer's life that doesn't find its way onto the far horizon of someone as close to him as his wife, even if it's just how personally affected he might be at times, or how taut and focused he has to be for most of it.
